We understand how being a corporate leader transcends running a business. Your responsibilities are many and your shoulders have to be broad. On a daily basis you’re taking care of your customers or clients, creating an environment that supports and empowers your employees, and making sure you’re a responsible community partner. We know everyone is looking to you to lead by example, and that every decision you make, or action you take, has a profound impact on the people you care about: your family, your employees and your neighbours. Jonathan’s specialties are:

Jonathan Creaghan has spent nearly 30 years studying and benchmarking leadership traits and company behaviours. He has helped his clients get through it all: from near closures to achieving multi-million-dollar sales goals. Businesses of all sizes trust his insight and expertise.
Joanne Creaghan, Hons BA
Program Administration
Joanne’s strengths are coordinating and supporting clients’ needs to implement TotalLeader® Solutions system. She is the co-founder of TotalLeader® Solutions Inc.
Joanne’s specialties are:
- Using her System Analyst background to oversee implementation of TotalLeader® Solutions system into clients’ workplaces
- Provide customer support
- Keen eye for detail, and administration of programs
The TotalLeader® Business Growth team was assembled with specific criteria in mind.
All are business owners in their own right and have an understanding of the importance of the human side of business. They have each worked with SMEs and/or have been leaders in SMEs. Most importantly, they are seasoned content experts with significant track records of success.
Some members have started up and have run businesses outside of the consulting realm. The team also consists of authors who have published books on leadership and other business topics (such as ISO 9000), written White Papers, and who are expanding the knowledge and understanding of leading companies.
They believe in the TotalLeader® philosophy: the importance of private enterprise, its positive impact on employees’ lives, and its contributions to thriving communities.
